10 electors have written in to request an election - this is likely to be held on 6 May 2021 (but will depend on the situation with the virus)
The cost of this will be bourn by the Sherburn in Elmet parishioners

On the date of election/co-option s/he was, and continues to be, a local government elector within
the area of the Parish Council

Has, during the
whole of the 12-months preceding the date of election/co-option occupied as owner or
tenant any land or other premises within the area of the Parish Council

During the whole of
the 12-months preceding the date of election/co-option her/his principal, or only,
place of work has been within the area of the Parish Council
|
Has, for the whole
of the 12-month preceding the date of election/co-option resided in the area of the
Parish Council
|
Has, for the whole
of the 12-months preceding the date of election/co-option resided in the area of the
Parish Council or within 4.8 kilometres of it
