Following strict government guidelines and changes to legislation, the Town Council are meeting face to face. Details of the meetings can be found on the published agenda. Usually the meetings for Full Council and it's committees are held on a Monday evening around 7pm to which residents are welcome to attend.

Sherburn in Elmet Full Council Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7pm.
There are currently three main council committees - the Finance Committee, Asset Management and Events Committee and the Planning Committee.
There is also a Personnel Committee who deal with all matters associated with staffing - they usually meet once a quarter unless there is a matter that needs to be discussed urgently.
